We would love to share our country side home with you. Please treat and respect the home as it is your own. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

- Absolutely no parties
- This is a very quiet neighbourhood so please respect our wonderful neighbours. Quiet time is from 11 pm.
- Clean the BBQ after each use
- Put used towels in laundry wire basket in each room.
- Please leave the house in a reasonable state of cleanliness
- If you move anything, put it back where you found it please.

We love dogs and our house is dog friendly to responsible dog owner.
- Please cover the leather sofa with blanket provided
- Clean up after your dogs and pick up dog waste in the back yard.
- Clean up dog hair in the house
- Sorry no guests bringing cats.

Lost property fee: $75 handling fee plus packaging and postage with tracking

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express (all with a 1.7% card fee). We charge a $300 refundable security bond which we will return within 48 hours of departure.

Cleaning and linen fee
There is a $195 cleaning and linen fee per booking. This covers professional cleaning and sanitisation of the house, and hotel standard linen,

Deposit
A deposit of 50% is taken on booking to confirm your dates and the balance is due 14 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 14 days of the date of arrival the total balance is due at the time of booking.

1. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made and your card charged accordingly.
2. If the booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.

COVID refund or change of dates policy
If you are unable to travel due to government travel restrictions we’ll happily reschedule your trip or offer you a full refund.
